Work on note naming

– treble clef – from middle C to treble C
– bass clef – from bass C to treble C
> practice naming the letters in your songs
> remember – it doesn’t matter what kind of note (quarter, half, whole, etc.) is used on the line or space, it will always be the same letter for the clef

Relay Race
– bar 2 – remember to move your Left Hand into “G” position
– practice one bar at a time, repeat until you can play cleanly 5 times
– be careful – don’t play any extra notes when moving your hands to a new note position

Sunset
– check which notes you start on (G-position)
– use your right foot on the right most pedal
– name the letters before starting

For the G-position in your Left Hand, put your 5th finger on “G”
