Scales
– also practice all staccato
– correct fingering for Ab-major
> RH 2-3-1-2-3-1-2-3-4-1-2-3-1-2-3
> LH 3-2-1-4-3-2-1-3-2-1-4-3-2-1-2
– work on Eb-major – practice Hands Separately
> RH – reach for the “C” with your thumb
> LH – use 4th finger on “D”
– try to use a lighter touch on the piano

Triads
– practice Hands Separately at a medium – fast speed
– exercise – don’t look directly at the playing hand (just look off to the side so your hand is only visible through peripheral vision)
– broken
> practice playing back and forth between two inversions
> also practice Hands Separately with your eyes closed

Minuet in G major
– RH – make sure to play step by step, don’t skip notes in bar 4
– LH – make sure to play “B” in bar 4
– work on playing through the first line accurately
– drill bar 5/6 and 7/8 as needed

Gnossienne #3
– work up to the third line
– make sure to play the “B” in your RH for the third line
– target “A” for the end of the third line
