– try to keep your wrist straight as you play
– also play using a swing rhythm (long-short)
– practice 2 octaves, Hands Separately
– check your Left Hand fingering on the way down (thumb on G)

New scale – C Major Pentatonic
C-D-E-G-A-C
(it is like the C-major scale but skip F and B)
Practice the C-triad scale
– start on C-E-G and play up until your thumb in your Right Hand or 5th finger in your Left Hand plays C again
– try to play on the fingertip of your 5th fingers
