– check LH quarter note rhythm for the pick-up note (first LH note)
– work on a steady tempo throughout
– 2nd page – take your time getting your RH on the notes on the first line of the second page
– make sure to hold quarter notes in your RH on the second page
– don’t rush eighth notes

– practice counting out loud
– try speeding up at the end
– watch for staccatos
– check your rhythm and try to keep a steady beat
