Scales – C+
– good work!
– make sure to play your 5th fingers on the fingertips
– keep a steady rhythm as you play (play at the same speed throughout)

Songs
– Mary Had a Little Lamb – great work! – done!
– practice counting out loud (1-&-2-&-3-&-4-&-)
– page 31 – finish the exercise at the bottom, check timing for eighth notes
– Raining – nice work, done! remember to watch for louds and softs
– watch out for notes that skip- practice from page 33 and work up to page 37

Chopsticks
– add the new section for your Right Hand
– try to keep a steady rhythm with no pauses
– for the second round, play the notes B+D four times only, then play in, out and finish on the C’s
